Live In The Moment And Practice Mindfulness
We fret about the past, concentrate on regrets, and worry about tomorrow and the future. Do a past life test and review your past life dreams and do it. Who said your second half couldn’t be better than your first? Be happy about this moment in your life.
To live in the moment is to be conscious and aware of every present moment. Use your senses and concentrate on the task to help if you focus. Capture the moment, don’t be distracted, and let the current slip away.
Mindfulness is acknowledging your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. But, unfortunately, we are so used to fantasizing about other things and places that the moment slips away.
